ZACKS Strata

ZACK’s Strata is a small yet growing locally

owned body corporate management company. We started our business around 4 years ago with

a laptop and not much else. Since then we have grown to employ four staff each requiring their own workstation. As we grew it was important to ensure our systems were sufficient to handle shared data and that our client records were kept safe.

Darren Thompson of Computer Solutions has been with us for our entire journey. As our business grew he built custom equipment, helped us to establish cloud based record sharing and, importantly, made sure that we were adequately backing up our data on a daily basis.

It has not all been smooth sailing – we were hit by Crypto Locker at one stage and, without Darren’s expertise, I doubt we would have recovered our data at all. Darren was able to recover almost

all of the locked data within a short period of time getting us back up and running to look after our clients. Darren is currently assisting us to set up a fifth portable workstation so that a staff member can work remotely in Brisbane. Darren’s support and ongoing proactive suggestions to improve our systems have been invaluable to our company.
